Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jewelry@caseykearney.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Post Office Box 626, Holt, Florida 32564, United States] You will need to include your order number and a note explaining the reason for return.
When we receive your return a store credit or exchange will be issued. You will be notified via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Comments on social media may not be seen in a timely manner and we would love the opportunity to fix it for you before public complaints are posted.
If an item breaks within 60 days please email a photo to jewelry@caseykearney.com and we will replace at no cost to you. If you are past the replacement window we may issue a discount code for replacement in some cases.
Our jewelry is as durable as advertised. The stainless steel is strong. It will hold up and never tarnish, however, it is not invincible. Natural wear and tear or increased abuse can cause elastic to snap or welds to break. The beads will last as long as you want them to. In the event your bracelet breaks you can restring it yourself or reach out to us for a replacement in the 60 day window and we are more than happy to send you a brand new one.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Promotional, free or bonus packages are not refundable or returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and issue your exchange or store credit. You will receive an email notifying you of the action. You will not be charged shipping on replacement item.
